This notice explains what personal data Prescient Ventures SA processes when you visit prescient.ventures, book a call or contact us, and what your rights are under the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (nLPD) and, where applicable, the EU GDPR. Last updated: 3 October 2026.

2. What we process and why

• Visiting the site. Our hosting provider (Amazon Web Services, via CloudFront) processes technical connection data — IP address, browser type, date and time, requested page — to deliver the pages and protect the service. This is necessary to run the website; data is kept for the time technically required.
• Usage statistics. Only if you accept it in the banner, we use Google Analytics 4 (Google Ireland Limited) to understand which pages are read and how visitors reach the site. We do not use advertising or profiling features. Google may process the data in the United States; Google LLC is certified under the Swiss-U.S. and EU-U.S. Data Privacy Frameworks. Analytics data is retained for up to 14 months. You can withdraw consent at any time via "Cookie settings" in the footer.
• Company identification. Only if you accept it in the banner, we use ZoomInfo (ZoomInfo Technologies LLC, United States) to recognise, from the IP address and technical data of the visit, which organisation it comes from, so that we can understand which companies are interested in our services and follow up with them. We do not use it for advertising. ZoomInfo processes the data in the United States under its own privacy policy. You can withdraw consent at any time via "Cookie settings" in the footer.
• Booking a call. The "Book a call" buttons open a Google Calendar appointment page. Name, e-mail address and the chosen slot are processed by Google on our behalf and used by us solely to hold the meeting and follow up on your request.
• Contact. If you write or call us, we process the data you provide to handle your request and any subsequent business relationship. Correspondence is kept for the duration of the relationship and for the retention periods required by Swiss law.

We use no advertising cookies.

4. Your rights

You may request access to your data, its rectification or erasure, restriction of processing and data portability, and object to processing based on legitimate interest. Consent can be withdrawn at any time with effect for the future. Write to info@prescient.ventures. You may also lodge a complaint with the Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC) in Switzerland or, if you are in the EU, with your national supervisory authority.
