Services · Applied AI & Agentic Systems

AI that reads your documents and starts the work in your ERP.

Agents that read, interpret and extract information from company archives, prepare cases and start tasks in the ERP — with a person in control of every critical decision, and every answer traceable to its source.

Three things we hear
most often.

Four document flows,
one pattern.

Contracts

Parties, dates, amounts, obligations and renewal terms extracted and filed; the reviewer receives a prepared summary, not a PDF.

Claims

Notification and attachments read and classified; the case is opened in the system with the fields already filled, ready for the adjuster.

Orders

Purchase orders and confirmations matched against the ERP; discrepancies flagged, clean orders entered.

Technical dossiers

Specifications indexed and searchable; engineers ask a question and get the answer with the page it came from.

What we
actually deliver.

Why pilots stall —
and what we do instead.

A typical pilot Our proof of concept
A demo on sample documents Your real documents, one real case type
No connection to the ERP Integration with the ERP from the first increment
Accuracy judged by impression Accuracy measured against a baseline agreed in advance
Nobody owns it after the demo A named process owner on your side, and a plan for operation
Open-ended budget Fixed price, decided before we start

Four phases. The same on every engagement.

01

Discovery

We map the document flow, the ERP touchpoints and where a person must remain in the loop.

02

Prototype

A proof of concept on one real case type, measured against your current baseline.

03

Delivery

Integration in small increments; you verify each one before the next.

04

Operation

Monitoring of accuracy and throughput, preventive maintenance, evolution.

Numbers agreed
before we start.

Accuracy

Share of extracted fields and prepared cases that pass human review, against the baseline agreed at the start.

Processing time per case

From document received to task started in the ERP.

Manual interventions

How many cases still need a person to key in or correct data.

Three commitments
on every engagement.

01

A human in control

Critical decisions are approved by a person; the boundary is written down in Discovery.

02

Your data, where you decide

On your infrastructure or on a Swiss or European cloud, under rules agreed on day one. Fully private option: Privatim.

03

Measured, not asserted

Accuracy, time per case and manual interventions against the baseline — you see the numbers before scaling.

Our management team has worked with organisations in insurance, pharmaceuticals, consumer goods, industrial manufacturing, public administration and higher education. Operating from Ticino, under Swiss law, for Swiss and Italian companies.

Before you book,
the usual questions.

Where does our data go?

Wherever we agree in Discovery: your own infrastructure, or a Swiss or European cloud under explicit sovereignty rules. If nothing may leave the company, Privatim runs the models entirely on premise.

Which ERP can you integrate with?

Integration goes through the ERP's own interfaces; where none exist, through controlled import and export flows. Which one you run is one of the first things we look at in Discovery.

Does the agent decide on its own?

No. It reads, extracts, prepares and starts tasks. Steps defined as critical are approved by a person, and every answer is traceable to its source document.

What if the accuracy is not good enough?

That is what the proof of concept is for. You receive the measured result on your own documents and decide whether to proceed. The proof of concept has a fixed price either way.

We already tried a pilot. Why would this be different?

Because it starts from one real case type, integrates with the ERP from the first increment and is measured against a baseline agreed in advance — with a named owner on your side and a plan for operation.

What happens in the 30 minutes
  • You describe the situation — the process, the systems, who is involved. We ask specific questions.
  • We tell you whether a proof of concept makes sense. If it does not, we say so.
  • If it does, you receive a written proposal with scope, deliverables and a fixed price.

A first
concrete conversation.

Thirty minutes to look at one real document flow and estimate what a proof of concept would measure.
