most often.

Your documents, your servers,
your rules.

Your documents

Document repositories, file shares and archives connected read-only.

02

Privatim

Language models installed and sized on your infrastructure.

03

Your rules

Directory-based permissions and a complete log of who asked what.

04

Your people

Search, summarise, draft and answer — with the source alongside every answer.

What we
actually deliver.

The same capability,
a different place.

Before you book,
the usual questions.

Which models does Privatim use?

Current open-weight language models that run entirely on premise. Which one, and at what size, is decided during sizing on the basis of your documents, users and hardware.

What hardware do we need?

It depends on volumes and concurrent users. A pilot runs on a single server; sizing tells you what production needs before you buy anything.

Does it need an internet connection?

No. In air-gapped mode nothing goes in or out; updates are applied in agreed maintenance windows. Where a connection is allowed, access is strictly controlled and logged.

Can it respect our existing permissions?

Yes. Privatim integrates with your directory, so each user only sees the documents they are already entitled to see.

What does support include?

Monitoring, security updates, model upgrades and assistance, with response times set in the retainer.

What happens in the 30 minutes
  • You describe the situation — the process, the systems, who is involved. We ask specific questions.
  • We tell you whether a single-server pilot makes sense. If it does not, we say so.
  • If it does, you receive a written proposal with scope, deliverables and a fixed price.

A first
concrete conversation.

Thirty minutes to discuss which documents, which users and which constraints — and whether a single-server pilot makes sense.
