Three things we hear
most often.

If three of these apply,
talk to us.

What we
actually deliver.

Step by step,
without stopping the business.

01

Assessment

Code, infrastructure, dependencies, risks, people.

02

Knowledge transfer

Documentation rebuilt; runbooks written.

03

Stabilisation

Monitoring, alerting and a test environment in place.

04

Debt reduction

Prioritised backlog, worked cycle by cycle.

05

Revamping

Legacy components replaced in stages, on a plan.

Written down,
not assumed.

Monitoring Continuous, with alerting on the metrics that matter for the application.
Incidents Response and resolution times by severity, set in the contract.
Preventive maintenance Patches, dependency updates and capacity, on a schedule.
Routine automation Deployments, backups, checks and recurring jobs scripted and monitored.
Reporting A monthly report: incidents, changes, debt closed, next priorities.
Evolution A budgeted backlog for improvements, agreed with you each cycle.

Numbers agreed
before we start.

Incidents

Number and severity per month, against the baseline from the assessment.

Lead time for change

From request to production.

Technical debt

Items closed against the plan, quarter by quarter.

Three commitments
on every engagement.

01

We start from what exists

No forced rewrite. The assessment decides what to keep, what to fix and what to replace.

02

Knowledge stays with you

Documentation and runbooks are deliverables, kept current, yours to keep.

03

Terms in writing

SLAs, scope and monthly fee set before we take over.

Our management team has worked with organisations in insurance, pharmaceuticals, consumer goods, industrial manufacturing, public administration and higher education. Operating from Ticino, under Swiss law, for Swiss and Italian companies.

Before you book,
the usual questions.

Do we have to change technology?

No. We take over what is there. Revamping is done in stages and only where the assessment shows it pays off.

What if source code or documentation is missing?

The assessment covers recovery: what can be retrieved, what must be rebuilt and what that means for the plan.

Can you take over in the middle of a project?

Yes. Temporary management of innovation projects is part of the service — until your team can take it on.

Which technologies do you support?

Mainstream enterprise stacks — web, database, integration and mobile. Fit is confirmed in the assessment before any commitment.

What happens if we want to leave?

Documentation, runbooks and repositories are kept current throughout, and handover is part of the service.

What happens in the 30 minutes
  • You describe the situation — the process, the systems, who is involved. We ask specific questions.
  • We tell you whether a technical assessment makes sense. If it does not, we say so.
  • If it does, you receive a written proposal with scope, deliverables and a fixed price.

A first
concrete conversation.

Thirty minutes to describe the application, who depends on it and what an assessment would cover.
