Services · Sovereign Cloud & Cybersecurity

Know where your data sits, who can reach it — and prove it.

We migrate applications to Swiss or European cloud under explicit sovereignty rules, harden what runs there and document the processes an nLPD, GDPR or ISO 27001 audit will ask for.

Three things we hear
most often.

Four questions
you should be able to answer.

Where is the data?

Per application and per dataset: country, provider, region — in writing.

Who can access it?

Your staff, your suppliers, the provider's staff — each with a documented role and strong authentication.

How is it processed?

Flows, backups, encryption and retention mapped and kept current.

Under which law?

Swiss or EU jurisdiction chosen deliberately, with binding agreements across the supplier chain.

What we
actually deliver.

  • Migration to Swiss or European cloud. With explicit sovereignty rules: where data resides, who holds the keys, how it is processed.
  • Containers for secure, reproducible environments. The same build in test and in production, rebuilt from code rather than patched by hand.
  • Risk and vulnerability assessment, network hardening, strong authentication. Findings ranked, fixed in order and re-tested.
  • Documentation and processes for nLPD, GDPR and ISO 27001. Written for the audit you will actually face, not for the shelf.
  • Binding agreements across the supplier chain. Every provider in the chain carries the same obligations, in writing.

As an Exoscale partner, we build sovereign infrastructure on a Swiss and European cloud, with zones in Geneva and Zurich and in the European Union, alongside other providers when they fit better.

Exoscale Partner

Assess, harden,
prove.

01

Assess

  • Inventory of applications and data
  • Risk and vulnerability assessment
  • Supplier and contract review
02

Harden

  • Migration to Swiss or EU cloud
  • Containers and reproducible environments
  • Network hardening, strong authentication, backups
03

Prove

  • Policies and processes for nLPD, GDPR, ISO 27001
  • Evidence collected as you operate
  • Answers for customer questionnaires

Four phases. The same on every engagement.

01

Discovery

Inventory of applications, data, suppliers and the obligations that apply to each.

02

Prototype

One application migrated end to end, with its sovereignty rules and controls in place.

03

Delivery

Remaining applications migrated and hardened in increments, each verified with you.

04

Operation

Monitoring, patching, periodic re-assessment and audit support.

What is in your hands
at the end.

Data residency you can state

Where each dataset sits and under which jurisdiction, in writing.

Closed findings

Assessment findings fixed and re-tested, tracked by severity.

Audit-ready documentation

Processes and evidence for nLPD, GDPR and ISO 27001, and answers for the next questionnaire.

Three commitments
on every engagement.

01

Sovereignty in writing

Where, who and how are documented per application — not left to a provider's default.

02

Findings closed, not listed

Assessment results are ranked, fixed in order and re-tested.

03

The whole chain

Every supplier is bound by agreements carrying the same obligations we take on with you.

Our management team has worked with organisations in insurance, pharmaceuticals, consumer goods, industrial manufacturing, public administration and higher education. Operating from Ticino, under Swiss law, for Swiss and Italian companies.

Before you book,
the usual questions.

Swiss or European cloud?

Either, depending on your obligations and your customers. Where Swiss jurisdiction is required we say so; where an EU region is sufficient, we say that too.

Do we have to leave our current provider?

Not necessarily. The assessment says whether the current setup can meet the rules; often the answer is to fix contracts and configuration rather than to move.

Will the migration cause downtime?

Migrations are planned application by application, with a rollback path and windows agreed with you. The expected impact is stated before each move.

Does this make us ISO 27001 certified?

We prepare the processes, documentation and evidence. Certification itself is issued by an accredited body; we support you through the audit.

What about the customer questionnaire we received?

Bring it to the call. Answering it is often the first concrete deliverable.

What happens in the 30 minutes
  • You describe the situation — the process, the systems, who is involved. We ask specific questions.
  • We tell you whether a assessment makes sense. If it does not, we say so.
  • If it does, you receive a written proposal with scope, deliverables and a fixed price.

A first
concrete conversation.

Thirty minutes to go through what runs where, who your suppliers are and what the next audit or questionnaire will ask.
