Do we have to replace our BI tool?

Not necessarily. We rebuild priority reports on the new platform — in Power BI or an equivalent — and migrate the rest report by report, retiring the legacy tool when nothing depends on it.

Where does the platform run?

On a Swiss or European cloud, or on your own infrastructure. The choice is made in Discovery against your sovereignty and compliance obligations.

What happens to Excel?

It stays — as a consumer of governed data, not as the place where figures are assembled by hand.

Is this a prerequisite for AI?

Usable data is. The assessment tells you how far you are from it and what the first increment should be.

Who owns the data model?

You do. It is documented and delivered with each increment, together with the pipelines.
